Valentine’s Day Release

“Cupid’s Quiver” is a collection of three Valentine’s stories from L.K. Lynch, Sean O’Toole and yours truly.

L.K.’s “Two Birds” takes place at a lake house, where the hero has a double-fun weekend.

Sean’s “Road Warriors” setting is a hotel for a femdom encounter.

And my “Two Hearts” takes you back to the ‘80s and behind-the-black-curtain movie rentals, femdom style.

All shorts are femdom with zero dose of romance.

Sean wrote an extra short that’s all about romance.  He had a burst of inspiration, and we decided to include it in this collection.

It’s an added bonus to you, free of charge!  That’s right.  Sean said, “Give ‘em four stories for the price of three.”

In the last blog post, I talked about someone who was challenged to improve the Valentine’s cover.  RobinT did, indeed, improve upon it.  Many thanks for his efforts in working with me.  I think it looks a lot better.  I hope you enjoy it, too.

Other hugs for their input:  Sean O’Toole, Seblin and sizeerrorprojection

Blog Post Follow-Up

Also in the last blog post, I asked you to tell me what creative toys you incorporated from household objects.  I thought I’d hear about many kitchen items used as spanking implements.

One person, however, went above and beyond by creating a tribute post on my bdsmlr blog to *show* me his creation.

WARNING:  my bdsmlr blog is NSFW (Not Safe For Work).  The post itself is also NSFW.

I will describe it here, and you can decide if you want to see the full-color version.  This person made a humbler out of chopsticks and rubber bands.  Not only is it ingenious but it looks quite effective, too!

Check out his handiwork at the NSFW post.

I had the pleasure of reading two very different books last week that I’d like to share.

Going in reverse order, I read S.B. Medina’s “Dread, Desire, and Damaged Dreams”.

It’s a thought-provoking erotic noir tale.  Medina does a fabulous job of making the reader feel exactly how their protagonist Caitlin feels.  I’m in awe!

You will remember S.B. Medina as a reviewer of my books.  When I discovered they wrote, too, I needed to check it out.

This book is not for the faint of heart, though.  It deals with mental and physical abuse and macabre sex.

Anyone in an abusive situation should seek help immediately.

Read my five-star review!

The other book I read was Mike Bowerbank’s “Through the Woods”.  You may remember him as a mystery and young adult author… and one whose books I regularly read and review.

With his newest book, he adds biography to his repertoire.  “Through the Woods” is a heartwarming tale of one woman’s quest to overcome hardship to find one of the basic needs:  A family.  It’s also a great history lesson, spanning the late 1800s through the early 2000s.

It’s a quick and emotional read that will tug at your heart strings… and perfect for Valentine’s Day!
