Get the D/s Supplement!
Spoiler Alert! This Supplement assumes the reader has read Episodes 1 through 10 “The Dominion and the Sugilite”. If you haven’t [wait–why *haven’t* you?!], start reading!
This book is a behind-the-scenes guide to the beginning of “D/s”. Learn about how I created the series with background information on plot, characters and scenes. I also talk about some of the problems with writing the series as well as provide insight about some of the more important scenes from the first 10 episodes.
But that’s not all!
Toymax recently told me that he was going to start a spreadsheet to keep track of all of the characters. I told him not to, because I had created a spreadsheet at the creation of the series. That’s when I knew it was time to publish this Supplement.
You heard that right; also included in this Supplement are detailed charts of characters with pronunciations, their role in the soap, what episodes they appear in, and what their names mean.
Plus, there is a pictorial of characters along with a sneak peek of character makeovers.
The Supplement also summarizes each episode for easy reference. While there are no new scenes, and therefore no erotic content, readers will be reminded of their favorite scenes from the first 10 episodes and learn more about some of them.
Many questions readers may have had–and some they didn’t know to ask–are answered in this accompaniment and special backstage insight into the creation of “The Dominion and the Sugilite”… with Episode 11 coming soon.
Get your Supplement now! …then send me feedback *grin*
Eli Gets a Medal!
It finally arrived! The ego-indulgent goody bag from the IPPY Awards. I got Jessie on a video chat so we could open it together.

They were kind enough to send two of everything since Jessie and I co-wrote the Eli series. The first thing out of the box was the certificate. You can’t tell from the image but it was housed in a nice fold-open frame. The second item were silver stickers to put on books. I have to say that the ones I made for DomCon L.A. are much more impressive.
The last item was a surprise–an actual award! I’m not sure what it’s made out of but it’s pretty heavy. It will be showcased in my booth at DomCon NOLA next month! More on that later.

Jessie and I are so proud of this accomplishment, and we are having a blast reliving the series in Book Club. By the way, Eli – Book Four ~ Deception will be discussed next Thursday, October 3 at 4:30p Eastern. More details below.
One of the best things about this award is that the Eli series won “straight-up” in the category of Erotica; not just gay erotica. It was heralded as an outstanding erotica series without qualification.
I know many readers have been iffy about reading a gay series when they are straight but the focus is so much deeper. Everyone who has reluctantly picked up the first book has excitedly returned to finish the series. If you haven’t read it yet, you’re in for a treat. If you’ve already read it, it’s even better the second time around.
Start the series today with Eli – Book One ~ The Seduction.
DomCon New Orleans
DomCon NOLA is October 10 to 13. If you’re going, let me know. Find me in the vending room at Booth 104 and get a book (or nine) signed!
Preview of things to come…
This year you will have DomCon review posts to look forward to from sizeerrorprojection and Thomas Antonson! Servicepet will also be there, and might be inspired to share some of the classes he attends.
It’s going to be a great time, and I can’t wait to tell you all about it next month!
Michigan Probate Court Judge Removed for Racist and Homophobic Slurs
It makes me SO proud when there’s yet another crappy-ass story from Michigan in national news. Kathleen Ryan, an Oakland County probate court judge, was caught on tape espousing racist and homophobic slurs in August. The picture in The Advocate article looks like when she graduated law school because the YouTube clip depicts her more recently.
I don’t have to tell you that it’s not a good thing to have a biased judge. Beyond biased, she calls herself “a new kind of racist” based upon her many cases dealing with black people.
That’s enough on its face to shake your head at. But wait; there’s more. Edward Hutton is the probate court administrator for Oakland County. And for years, he’s had to put up with Ryan’s bias and harassment. Hutton said he was afraid to speak up sooner but it got to a point where he couldn’t just stand by and watch.
For years Hutton recorded his conversations with Ryan, who called him at all hours of the day, seven days a week. Hutton is gay and felt attacked by Ryan’s slurs about homosexuality. He also stated that Ryan would speak to him in great detail about her sexual encounters–something he absolutely did *not* want to hear.
In March of 2024, Hutton filed a complaint with Chief Probate Judge Linda Hallmark, citing his recordings and the fact that a sitting judge, whose sole job is to be impartial and decide based on facts, should not allow her personal biases to infiltrate her rulings. Even though Hutton claims to have been harassed by Ryan, he stated he does not want this to be about him.
After three months and no response from Hallmark, Hutton sent his complaint–along with the recordings–to the chief judge in Oakland County, Michigan’s attorney general’s office, the Judicial Tenure Committee, and ABC News.
Once the complaint reached the higher levels, Ryan was removed from the bench, pending further investigation. It is now in the hands of the JTC to decide how it will proceed.
Interestingly, Kathleen Ryan was arrested on charges of domestic violence in 2021. Said charges were later dropped.
The article and YouTube clip illustrate Ryan’s slurs, so I won’t breathe air into them here.
Coincidentally, my mind has been swirling around a politico-sexual drama that will be a trilogy or possibly a series. Look for parallels of this story to be fictionalized within those books perhaps next year. 😀
For the remainder of 2024, I will be working on “The Dominion and the Sugilite” and finalizing my second Christmas spoofy novel, “Mistletoe Bound”, which will go on presale next month and will be delivered directly to your inbox on Christmas Eve.

It’s Time to Get Green!
Spartan Green, that is. Last week was cringe-worthy. This week has to be better…
See some good green posts? DM them to me.
And GO GREEN!

Here’s what you said after the last blog post.
@FemdomUs ~ Great interview. You rocked it!! [Thanks, Strappy! I’m glad you enjoyed]
toymax ~ On strange typing: Your phone has most likely received a message from planet Cybele. Due to the great distance, there were transmission problems which resulted in stuttering and missing words. It sounds like an incantation in hypnosis. [Hysterical, Max!! I’m confident you will be able to decode it properly for me *grin*]
On Your new x-mas novel: I hereby declare that You have a presale customer in me. [Yay!]
rubbug ~ Sex in space sounds cool and different, but possibly messy. Having random balls of jizz floating around may be a bit much. And it was indeed a perfect segue to some hot space stuff. Speaking of which, I’m grateful you like the character images I made for you enough to want to showcase them. I’m just glad to be able to help a bit. [Yes, much better to stick to reading about it in D/s. The images are featured in the new D/s Supplement, too!]
Multiperv ~ I’ve heard of a Freudian slip but Freudian butt typing? And yes, even though it’s not true it is amusing. Luckily you came across it before someone else did. [Yeah, good thing I didn’t publish it or anything *grin*]
I haven’t listened to your guest appearance on the podcast yet but will try to get to it soon. [I look forward to your feedback, MP]
Lets-see-now ~ I directly checked [your podcast interview] and, to be honest, I’ve been a bit disappointed, Miss. You know why, right?! I thought I would see you. But I didn’t. But to be honest I really like your voice! [haha, LSN. Let me know what you think after you listen to the content. As for my voice; you can hear it any time you want with my audiobooks!]
Send me your comments, and I’ll put them in the next blog post!
